ARTICLE 4 – Go Daddy

Our store is hosted on go daddy. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you.

Your data is stored in go daddy's data storage system and databases and will be kept on a secure server behind a firewall.


Payment:


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Go daddy stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your order. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES


In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Si vous souhaitez ajouter un détail ou corriger quelque chose, nous procéderons à des modifications.

Notre objectif principal est de vous donner un résultat qui vous rendra 100% satisfait !

Nos artistes prennent habituellement 2 à 3 jours ouvrables pour créer votre portrait numérique.

Une fois fini, il sera envoyé par e-mail en haute définition.

Pour les portraits imprimés et autres produits physiques, il faudra compter 2 à 5 jours ouvrés en plus pour la livraison.

Pour les portraits imprimés (A3, A4) ainsi que les autres produits physiques la livraison sera gratuite à partir de 70 euros d'achat.

Pas de frais de livraison pour les produits numériques.

Une fois la commande en préparation, il n'est plus possible de l'annuler, car chaque portrait est fait spécialement pour vous avec beaucoup d'attention !

Par contre, nous pouvons modifier gratuitement votre photo pour nous assurer qu'elle soit parfaite à vos yeux.
